Same, even though I just got here. I made like 3 posts in the BBQ & Grill forum and no one's responded to anything yet, I was excepting this place to be a lot more active. I hope that someone posts there soon 'cause everything there looks super fun.

Can I just say that I love the fact that there's notifications here? I wished the actual NS forums had them, I think they'd be very helpful. I might apply for citizenship and I just might join the RRA, but I don't know yet.

And agreed on the notifications part. It is because the NS forums are so old that they use a much older version of phpBB.

Because the NS forums have been heavily MODified, updating phpBB would be difficult, hence why they plan to replace it with something more akin to gameside.

Huh. That sounds interesting but I much prefer forums that run on actual forum softwares like phpBB. It probably wouldn't be too bad though.

Same, I argued that they should port their MODs and update phpBB, but they're going with something new, and since they announced that it is almost ready for staff testing, I doubt anything can change their minds.
