The West Pacific Triumvirate Takes Power!
In a blowing strike towards feeder democracy, Eli, a self-proclaimed "longtime proponent of democratic institutions and a friend of the nations of The West Pacific", has dissolved any semblence of democracy in the West in exchange for a "New Order" of TWP, run by Eli and his ministers TAO and Lanier.
Since the Triumvirate was announced, much has changed. The announcer of the formation of the WPT (West Pacific Triumvirate), Biyah, has resigned his position as Minister of Security and has been replaced with Lanier. Soon after Biyah's resignation, The Faeyas became the first and one of the only real natives of the West Pacific to take the now infamous loyalty oath despite previous accusations of the WPT being a "dictatorship." Others to take the loyalty oath include people such as Ivan Moldavi and Karpathos of the PRP, Scardino of Lone Wolves United, and Unistrut of the Meritocracy and ACCEL. In contrast, those who have joined the newly formed Government in Exile include Biyah, Biteland, Freedom and Pride, Looming Doom, Shasoria, Chainik Hocker, Zeronial, Monte Ozarka, and many more. Others, such as Todler, have simply been driven out of their home completely.
Foreign governments have since declared their support for the new regime. Soon after the formation of the WPT, Viceroy of the PRP Blackadder declared the PRP's official support of the Triumvirate, in stark contrast to the PRP's opposition of the Core of the West Pacific Dominion. However, the hypocracy doesn't stop there. Later in the day, Warrior Thorin, Senator of the PRP, used his powers as Consul of the Meritocracy to circumvent the Senate in issuing his own statement of support for the WPT. ADNNS would like to leave our audience with a quote from Warrior Thorin; a quote made in the Curiae of the Meritocracy in reaction to the West Pacific Dominion two months ago:
"Due to the recent takeover of a minority group who subverted the democratic constitutional government [of the West Pacific], I suggest we close all ties to the West Pacific. Accordingly, I do not wish to recognize the WPD as the legitimate government."
