There's still the issue of Neq's first answer/question making no sense, even if some of you may have been satisfied by his subsequent questions.
Also, Bob was incredibly generic throughout the game.

Fratt's questions were good but answers very vague. Kyo's were vague at first and then sporadic at best. Grim was not interrogated much and accused early so could be spy going on the offensive and Neq well he is a good contender for spy.

Grim's answer and accusation (all in the first few posts) made sense in relation to the location - if he really was a spy going on the offensive he'd have figured it out and tried guessing.

Bob basically just told us he works at the place and that he's "here for a bit", so there's not much. Either him or Neq.
You're right that Kyo didn't say much either, so I dunno why I'm not including him. Maybe I trust him too much.
