Alright.

I hope that when this is added to our Library and pinned, we can celebrate our past Delegates. I could also see this being pinned in the Delegate's Office, and redirecting to the Library topic.

Could you post another version of the list? I'll have some fancy images designed for it soon to make it snazzy.

Makes sense. I will find the details of every candidate's election (except those who weren't elected) and add it to our list. If someone could please edit the summaries in need of edition, please do so. I will try to edit some until Wednesday, since I will get more time until then.
Although it would be pointless for me to edit my own since I'm the one that wrote it.

Native Delegates of The Rejected Realms

Gres
Was not elected
Effective: May 28, 2003 - June 9, 2003 (12 days)

Originally a member of the Atlantic Alliance - a renowned imperialist region - sent to capture the RR, he deserted and founded the Rejected Realms Army, hoping to estabilish a powerful invading force which would group all nations that wanted revenge against those delegates who had banned them.
Very soon he set out to conquer the East Pacific, but he was ejected from the UN for multiing at the end of a large but poorly-executed invasion.
After these events he was marginalised in favour of his lieutenants, Kandarin and Siggi, and his role in the region declined, even if he continued to be a member of the RR community for several more months.

Kandarin
Was not elected
Effective: June 18, 2003 - October 3, 2010 (2665 days)

Kandarin is a household name because of his delegacy. He held the seat for over seven years, dutifully protecting TRR from invasions. He is known as the Father of The Rejected Realms and as a level-headed and unbiased figure. Because of his lengthy delegacy, TRR is most famously known as Kandy's BBQ.

Kandarin (Naivetry)
Elected: January 18, 2011
Effective: October 3, 2010 - August 13, 2011 (314 days)

Upon Kandarin's retirement from NS, he handed over his nation to Naivetry. Naivetry, Nai, or Kandarin the Younger's role as TRR Delegate was a most controversial one because she wasn't elected at first. The delegacy was passed down to her, but she eventually ran in an election and campaigned for it, and surprisingly won!

Sedgistan
Elected: August 8, 2011
Effective: August 13, 2011 - November 22, 2011 (101 days)

Sedgistan is known for many things. His coup of The South Pacific, years of being a moderator, his work in the FRA, the issues he wrote, but most importantly, his time spent as the Delegate of The Rejected Realms. During Sedge's delegacy, the region really prospered. Lots of legislation was put into place, extravagant activities occurred, treaties that still stand today were put into place, and government positions were created. It's believed now that it's an understatement to say Sedgistan's term was just plain good. It was much more.

Guy
Elected: November 21, 2011
Effective: November 22, 2011 - January 25, 2012 (64 days)

Guy's first time as our Delegate was short, he didn't even last seventy days as Delegate! Not much is to be said about his first term, only that it wasn't nearly as productive as Sedgistan's term.

Collector of Souls (Whamabama)
Elected: January 19, 2012
Effective: January 25, 2012 - April 5, 2013 (434 days)

There was anotger slowdown in internal activity, especially in comparison to Naivetry and Sedge's terms. Secondly, we re-established relations with The South Pacific. (Embassies had been closed after Sedgistan's coup.
We also tried a number of more 'independent' ventures, such as attending an anti-Nazi conference, and discussing membership in the Sovereign Confederation (a short-lived interregional organisation formed by The Pacific, Gatesville and Equilism) - however the former wasn't embraced with the same enthusiasm as the other GCRs did, and the latter was rejected by the Assembly. Kogvuron also estabilished The Rejected Times in its current form during Wham's term. Earlier there had been similar publications, but they happened on an irregular basis and the style and format was different.

Frattastan II
Elected: March 30, 2013
Effective: April 5, 2013 - May 9, 2014 (399 days)

Frattastan, or Fratt, made his mark on TRR during his time as Delegate. Many things happened! For example, one thing that happened was that the Defender tag was added to the regional tags, and the region took on a more pro-defending stance. During this time, the XYZ Treaty was passed, the constitution was amended, terms for officers were set, relations with Osiris were suspended because of the coup of Osiris, and we participated in the NS World Fair. Frattastan's term as Delegate was quite bittersweet because of all the mixed actions. Some nice things happened, some unpleasant things happened, it's unsure whether his time as Delegate was difficult or not, all we know is that it was interesting.

Unibot III
Elected: April 29, 2014
Effective: May 9, 2014 - June 25, 2015 (411 days)

Prior to becoming delegate, Unibot was a defender and a prolific WA Author - he founded the United Defenders League (UDL), served as Balder's very first delegate, and pioneered the Security Council in its early days (splitting the WA into two was his idea - and the GA/SA flags are his design.) Building on Frattastan's work as delegate, he oversaw a revitalization of the region with a focus on community, culture, and its core identity. "Uni" ran monthly cultural events, edited the Rejected Times, and introduced the region to Rejectmas. He also forged TRR's longstanding alliance with the South Pacific and directed a round of constitutional reform in which he wrote the region's first and only Charter of Rights. Principally responsible for region's use (or overuse) of purple, Unibot also built the region's first in-game guides and updated the forum's skin to establish a brave new "look" for the region.

Guy
Elected: June 16, 2015
Effective: June 25, 2015 - December 24, 2015 (181 days)

Guy's second's term was thankfully way more active and prosperous than his first. We re-opened embassies with Canada during this time, and started a relationship with Yggdrasil. We also helped combat the NPO coup of Lazarus that created the NLO.

Libetarian Republics
Elected: December 1, 2015
Effective: December 24, 2015 - March 5, 2017 (436 days)

After a controversial election caused by divergences on how votes should be counted, Libetarian Republics became the tenth native delegate of The Rejected Realms. TRR was ravaged with controversy during the election because LR didn't have a sufficient number of seconds to be placed on the ballot. Besides from that, a lot of things happened in the region's foreign affairs in his term, including, signing a treaty with Spiritus and updating an existing one with Lazarus. However, a negative event that occurred was the abolishment of the Non-Agression Pact between The Rejected Realms and The Pacific. This happened because of LR's decision to vote against on a Security Council proposal to repeal the condemnation of The Pacific. Libetarian Republics also attended a conference led by CAIN, The Coalition Against the Ideology of Nazism, but did not ratify the treaty. LR also beat Unibot's record of the highest number of WA endorsements at the time, becoming the most endorsed delegate in TRR's history until then.

He was also responsible for introducing The Rejected Realms to Discord. However, in LR's WA delegacy, the region saw low activity. Also, the turnover of officers was very high, which harmed their efficiency throughout the year. During his delegacy, DEN, one of the biggest invader regions of NationStates, attempted to invade The Rejected Realms. But, Libetarian Republics successfully defended the region from invasion with more than 200 endorsements. Furthermore, LR's term was not very fruitful,
and did lack activity.

The Church of Satan
Elect: February 6, 2017
Effective: March 5, 2017 - December 19, 2017 (288 days)

The Church of Satan was elected delegate after years of service to The Rejected Realms as an officer. The region had entered a period of low activity by then so it was his responsibility to restore activity during one of the region's slower times. Unfortunately however, it was a regrettable time to be delegate. Lazarus had been couped by Lone Wolves United who would not reveal themselves as the ruling party for over a year. The Church of Satan had the unfortunate responsibility of overseeing the end of The Rejected Realms longest alliance. Supporting our allies to the very end he issued an official statement condemning the actions of Lazarus' traitors and closed embassies with them. It was a lengthy time before the legitimate government of Lazarus was restored, that took place during Catalyse's term. In the meantime, he secured an agreement with the feeder regions to allow The Rejected Realms to recruit from them.

Catalyse
Elected: December 11, 2017
Effective: December 19, 2017 - Present

Catalyse's term was full of activity. Regular Werewolf games
and forum avatar contests were held, interregional events brought a wave of happiness to the region, her endorsement count reached nearly to 300, and we got over 100 citizens again!

Sadly, her term wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Catalyse had to deal with the coup of our sister region, Lazarus, after her election. The illegitimate government pleaded with us for our support, but she held her ground. Eventually, Lazarus was liberated and we opened up embassies with them again.

During her term, Catalyse carefully laid out her policies and procedures. She mainly prioritized internal affairs, but still dealt swiftly and intelligently with foreign matters. She brought a type of activity we hadn't seen in years.

Wabbitslayah
Elected: May 31, 2018
Effective:

Wabbitslayah was elected as the 13th Delegate of The Rejected Realms on May 31st, 2018. The election was very close, him only winning by two votes.

Unrecognized Delegates of The Rejected Realms

Sagar
? - May 4, 2003 (Unknown)

Sagar is known as the first Delegate of TRR, and is believed to have taken the region upon its creation. But, who knows for sure? Sagar and his origins are a complete mystery.

Louldamin
May 4, 2003 (1 day)

Dogwhores
May 5, 2003 (1 day)

Louldamin
May 6, 2003 - May 28, 2003 (22 days)

Lovisa
May 29, 2003 (1 day)

Mr Nonchalant
June 9, 2003 - June 19, 2003 (10 days)

The Holy Manatee
June 18, 2003 (12 hours)

Jennivier
October 6, 2003 - October 7, 2003 (1 day)

Jennivier was a well-known native of primordial TRR, but he also was power-hungry. He didn't really want to destroy the current government, he only wanted to be the Delegate, a figurehead, and keep Kandarin as the head of government. Jennivier casually sent out telegrams asking nations to unendorse Kandarin and endorse himself, hoping that he would get the delegacy. Eventually, his plan worked and he became Delegate. Kandarin later took the position back and Jennivier left TRR out of shame.

Red Kagran
July 21, 2007 - July 22, 2007 (1 day)

Emperor Matthuis
October 27, 2007 - October 28, 2007 (1 day)

Aegara
April 5, 2010 (12 hours)

Aegara was a Delegate of Grand Central. He went rogue and ejected all the nations that were endorsing him, before moving to TRR himself. Since he had more endorsements than Kandarin, he could replace him as Delegate. With defenders piling in to support Kandarin, and endorsers of Aegara moving back to GC or being recruited to other regions, Kandy regained the seat after a single update.

Oud-Heverlee Leuven (Onderkelkia)
February 2, 2012 (12 hours)

Oud-Heverlee Leuven was a puppet nation of OnderKelkia, at the time Commander of The New Inquisition Armed Forces. TNI, along with other raider militaries was occupying Belgium; since Oud-Heverlee Leuven happened to have more endorsements than Collector of Souls (who had just been elected), they took the chance to invade us.

I had a bunch of questions about Emperor Matthuis, so Dali sent me this:
Dali wrote:Lol. EM was vice del of TNP before the Feb 2007 election. He and I ran against each other for Del. In between the first and second round of voting I approved a thing where invaders propped him up into the seat to make it look like he was couping. Suffice to say I won the second round in a landslide. He later couped TNP in October as revenge for that. After his couple days in TNP he left for TRR and I think he did a purge of TNP to bring the endos with him to TRR.
I'd like to write a summary for Emperor Matthuis, so here goes:

Emperor Matthuis was a former Vice-Delegate of The North Pacific who at the time was running in their February Delegate Elections. He was doing well in the elections, too well. Dalimbar AKA Chodean Kal, another candidate for Delegate, decided to play dirty. Before the second round of voting, Dalimbar (Dali) got raiders to push Matthuis into the Delegate seat to make it appear as if he was couping the region. Let's just say that Dali won the next round of voting extremely easily. Emperor Matthuis later went on to coup TNP in October of that year in revenge for that. Eventually, he moved to TRR and ejected just enough nations to take the delegacy.

Outside of Media there wasn't very much government activity. Especially when Harmeonia became inactive. He should have taken the initiative to compensate for the Culture Office's inactivity but he didn't.

There was a discussion about the role of the vice delegate about whether he should be kept as a security position solely or perhaps administrating abilities should be included in.Wabbitslayah also stated ideas in his campaign about a convention and thinking the rra should be independent and is very good at being in teams.

We need more facts than that.

Also, being good in teams isn't worthy of making his description. :P
