Citizenship Councillors List

LR recently resigned from the Citco. I'm wondering if we could compile a list of all Councillors like we did for the Vice-Delegates and Delegates. Who's with me?

Off the top of my head:
Thought Transference, Abbey, Whamabama was the first set. They were appointed respectively by Delegate Guy, Officer Evil Wolf, Speaker Earth.
Frattastan was appointed to replace Abbey (by Officer Wopruthien).
Guy was appointed to replace TT (by Delegate Unibot).
CD was appointed to replace Wham (by Speaker Guy).
LR was appointed to replace CD (by Speaker Catalyse).

The position was originally held for life (before yearly confirmation vote was introduced), so several members stayed on board for a few years.
