Project Idea: Recording the Delegacies

It might be a cool idea to continue writing up paragraphs about the various delegacy terms. The existing thing can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=79&t=10020508

To expand on this, it might be interesting to record FA and other developments that happened during the term (such as treaties, cultural exchanges etc.) Thoughts?

The existing paragraphs already kind of talk about notable (subjective) developments, so I'd agree with both expanding on those and trying to note said events more objectively. Also the list just needs a bunch of updating generally (and should mention Republic of Orack, who was a one-day delegate on 27 September 2004 due to a glitch).
