Request for Foreign Envoy masking

May I request that a Foreign Envoy group be created for our envoys who come from other regions?

I never saw the need. It's not like they're going to be able to see anything more, and it'll really just create another workflow for the Administrators (and possibly the Executive, with certification of envoys) to go through. I doubt belonging to a different member group really matters all that much to our foreign comrades...
