Hello friends and allies of The Free Nations Federation! As the month of August comes to a close, Minister of Foreign Affairs Castenor has put together a foreign update in lieu of any major news in order to keep our embassies informed on our doings. It was a quiet month for the Federation, but big plans are in store for the future. Recent events in the Federation include the following:

- President Weatherwand and Minister of Frontier South Asians have begun recruitment for Hive, which is to become the Federation’s frontier region.
- The Free Nations Federation has officially committed to rejoining the Anime Nations Against Liberals N-Day Faction.
- Minister of Culture Doctors Orvos has hosted the second ever Yu Gi Oh tournament in the region, with smashing success.
- Discussion has begun on a bold plan by Doctors Orvos to boost interaction in our regional roleplay by signing a partnership with The Union of Democratic States, an old ally of the Federation, to promote membership in both our RPs by nations residing in either region.
- The Federation has contacted the Alstroemerian Commonwealths, allies via the Second Convention of Lausanne, and initiated negotiations on a bilateral treaty to advance our diplomatic and cultural relations.
- The Federation has opened diplomatic relations with the democratic frontier region Carcassonne.
