This is the bimonthly report on government activity as mandated by the Government Accountability Act. This report covers the months of May and June.

Foreign Affairs:
Deadeye Jack as officer did a review of our existing embassies abroad to check for activity within the regions and to see if there are some we can go without staffing. A few embassies have been eliminated from our lists.
A foreign update was released at the end of June.
Some general diplomacy has also taken place.
Culture:
As Culture officer Sarah has continued to post daily questions on the RMB. Karputsk has also been appointed to make polls for the region.
A meme contest was held in May and a art and photo contest was held in June. Regular contests such as the weekly popmaster and the avatar contest has also continued.
Work has also begun on a interregional event with The East Pacific.
Media:
Media Officer The Aligned People and his staff have release two issues of The Rejected Times. On May 1st and June 1st. A special release written by Deadeye Jack about TSP going defender has also been released.
Rejected Radio has also been relaunched in this time and the first episode has been released.
Outreach:
Before his resignation former outreach officer Bobberino had begun work on the welcome telegram and the recruitment telegram to see if any changes should be made.
After taking office on June 19th outreach officer Morover has started working to try and revive recruitment and done work like the weekly dispatches to promote WA engagement.

The Elysium Festival was held together with The East Pacific between July 20th and July 21st.
A meme contest was started on August 28th with a winner announced soon.
Thepeopl has been appointed as the new Pollster following karptusks resignation.
Planning has started on a festival together with 10000 islands

Officer The Aligned People and his staff has released one issue of The Rejected Times at August 1st.
Another episode of Rejected Radio was released July 8th talking about pride month with Tinfect and Wintermoot.
The Rejected Times has started a new staggered schedule with one version planned to be released each month either The Rejected Times or Rejected Radio. With an episode of Rejected Radio planned for September and The Rejected Times for October.
Outreach:
Bormiar and his deputies have started work on making a welcome dispatch and making a voting recommendation theme.
The Rejected Realms Card Giveaway has been started to promote endorsing the delegate or joining the RRA.

A quest with 10000 islands was hosted between September 13th and September 17th.
On September September 27th TRR participated in N-Day 2019 and joined the UPPERCUTS faction.
The Epic Gamer Party was hosted together with The North Pacific between October 16th and October 23rd.
The writing portion of a halloween writing contest was done between October 24th and October 31st. Voting is ongoing so a winner has not yet been announced.
On October 31st TRR pariticpated in Z-day trying to cure the zombies but ending up with most infected

Work is being done on releasing another episode of Reject Radio
Outreach:
The outreach officer has been active in telegrams with people that are active on the RMB to potentially recruiting them to the forum or discord.
The outreach officer has coded a way for efficient telegraming of nations that are not endorsing the delegate.
There is plans for a opinion poll to be held sometime early in November.
