The average life expectancy of a Manson deputy after their appointment is four days. Good luck.

Allowing only one VD was a deliberate policy choice by the Assembly. While we may revisit it, my opinion is that it was absolutely the correct choice. Please see this post and subsequent posts. In essence, as an endorsee position, there is close to no utility to having more than one VD, but the risk increases.

I have to say I agree with Guy here, it was the Assembly’s idea at the time to only allow one VD, not to say that I would oppose two, I’m just saying that was the intended result.Guy wrote: ↑12 Dec 2021, 13:05Allowing only one VD was a deliberate policy choice by the Assembly. Let’s just get this to vote, then. This look fine to everyone?Article 6: The Vice-Delegate
A: The Vice-Delegate is tasked with maintaining a high endorsement level for regional security purposes.
B: The Citizenship Council may unanimously appoint a Vice-Delegate in case of a vacancy in the office. The appointment is subject to a confirmation vote in the Assembly, which requires a two-thirds majority vote.
C: Any citizen may initiate a petition calling for the removal ofathe Vice-Delegate. Once the petition is signed by five citizens, a vote must be held in the Assembly to remove the Vice-Delegate. Removal requires a simple majority vote.
D: The Delegate must not encourage the endorsement of any nation other than themselves and the Vice-Delegate.

Yup, I’ll put this to a vote on 26 December.
