Gres

Gres, also known as Phoenix Gres later on in his career, was the founder of the Rejected Realms Army (RRA), the first legitimate Delegate of TRR, and a disgraced former soldier of the notorious Atlantic Alliance.
Originally a common recruit dispatched to The Rejected Realms to endorse Louldamin to help capture it for the Atlantic Alliance early on, Gres fell for the region. He believed in an independent TRR free of foreign influences and disliked the trashy image TRR was given by other prominent players at the time. Later on in the occupation, he convinced Louldamin to form squadrants to cross-endorse him and others. Today, we're not really sure what happened right after that, but we do know that Gres eventually took the position of Delegate.
At first, the Atlantic bigwigs including MrNonchalant and Louldamin did not see this as a problem. Gres was a fresh recruit who seemed to be loyal to the ACC. However, Gres soon began to feel some internal conflict and eventually later established the RRA. Shortly after this, the RRA and himself were named enemies of Atlantic and numerous Atlantic Alliance soldiers began to defect and join the RRA.
Early on, the RRA was bombarded with patsy spies sent by numerous organizations, however, Gres thwarted all attempts. While this was occurring, Gres felt the need to change the RRA's alignment from what NS would describe today as a traditional raider or independent type to a defender military. This proved successful in the long run because it helped TRR lose a few enemies and gain some allies early on.
Without Gres' creation of the RRA it is no exaggeration to say that The Rejected Realms would never have been free from the influence and direct control of either the Atlantic Alliance or the New Pacific Order. TRR as we have been fortunate enough to know it would never have existed.
