For a player who won the election with 72% of the vote, this is indeed shocking news. Veteran citizen Flemingovia filed a criminal complaint to the High Court of the North Pacific claiming that Delegate Tomb, Defense Minister Eluvatar and Deputy Defense Minister, Gladio, were infringing on his civil rights by refusing tonlet him join the North Pacific Army after Flemingovia had made several satirical posts concerning the organization. Flemingovia filed a criminal complaint aganist the three and Cormac Stark put forward a motion of recall in the Delegate.
After an ingame telegram which was sent to Tomb, he resigned suddenly. Members of the North Pacific Security Council are concerned about the contents of the telegram from a security perspective. TNP residents and citizens awoke to the shocking news that the popular and charismatic Delegate had lost his Delegacy.
