Embassy Request from Arda en' Estel

[Theio Altherio]

I am Theio Altherio, Consul of Foreign Affairs for Arda en' Estel (and a number of other posts that won't fit in my signature) and I am looking to establish an embassy on here in tandem with the in-game embassy already approved between our two regions.

We have an active Discord channel (linked to on the region page), a strong community, and LEAF - the Legion of Estelian Armed Forces - has just undergone reorganisation and is looking to expand and co-operate militarily with other regions.
