Greetings, I am Bolgatostand The Vice President of The Perfect Utopian Region and we as a region are interested in establishing embassies with both of our regions primarily because

We recognize embassies collected with other regions are a way to connect deeper with one another and do not wish to collect embassies just for the sake of it and we also see The Rejected Realms has the same view as us.

We also would like to inform you that we do not have a discord as of today's date, but we are currently in the process of building an offsite forum(if completed, we will notify you guys to send updates there, only if we build diplomatic relations, of course). We communicate via RMB! We are a new region but we have progressed so much. We believe in opportunity and freedom for all, which is probably the same as the rejected realms.



Now,you may ask why we are interested in setting up embassies?

. We The Perfect Utopian Region are interested in setting up embassies with the Rejected Realms. First of all,it would be an honor to be able to have diplomatic relations with our two regions. We recognize and acknowledge the rejected realms as one of Tnation states biggest regions and one of the most accomplished regions in nation states! But with that being said,the perfect utopian region would like to collaborate with The Rejected Realms to discuss and grow our relations. We wish to establish a good partnership either by exchanging ideas, or/ participating in events done by both of our regions. It would be an honor to have embassies with a region we truly respect. Especially since TRR is a very old and developed region, it would be helpful for The Perfect Utopian region to have such an outstanding ally as TRR. You guys are hardworking and we look up to you guys as we would like you to help us on our journey to expand together by establishing relations from this day on we promise we will do our very best and it will help TPUR grow as a region aswell by establishing embassies with TRR.

Is i'd say developing we are almost done working on our region!which has been remodeled several times mainly because we wish to make a more proffesional outlook to our region but our region is not perfect!but we do have a stable goverment which we discuss on how we will work it out!and we are also active every day but just in case this dosen't help our goverment consists of

Hey thanks so much for the support!i am apoligizing bc TRR may seem this embassy request as useless after this but they raided bc we had a embassy with a region they disliked and they want to apparently make our region better
