Lazarus end of May update.

Just figured I'd run through a few noteworthy happenings in Lazarus quick and dirty like.

- Court Official Powthran has resigned in the midst of a recall vote against him. The Sovereign has nominated Starberry to take his place on the bench.

- The Director of Ceremonies Special Election concluded. New Rogernomics and Izon dropped out and received no votes leaving just Caldariat and Altmoras. Altmoras won with a decisive majority and is currently serving as DoC, the new Deputy DoCs are New Rogernomics, Scani (Sverige Union), and Saeturn Valerius Liberalis

- A Personae Non Gratae Act was passed to bar individuals determined to be threats to Lazarus from citizenship unless they achieve the aproval of 2/3rds of the Assembly. Shortly after several key participants in the Osiris Coup were named as Personae Non Gratae.

- The Grand Assembly of the Phoenix is once more open to public viewing with citizen exclusive viewing privileges on the debate floor being revoked and public viewing reopened.
