A new Jarl of Foreign Affairs, and a vacant Chancellorship

Due to unknown concerns, our previous Jarl of FA, Laurentus, had to resign, leaving the position vacant once again.
The position has been hard to fill for its unique circumstances of leading our region's foreign affairs. 
Luckily, one of our founding members has volunteered to lead the Ministry!

Dawsinian is a founding member of this community and has served in just about every capacity, from the old legislature to senior chat op to many Cabinet positions, including two previous stints as Jarl of Defense (back in the day) and Jarl of Regional Affairs. With his appointment as JoFA, he is the first Wintrean to lead 3 seperate ministries during his time in the community. He has been in about every part of the region's community, and the Monarch is confident with him representing Wintreath to other communities.

Unfortunately, Laurentus' resignation also applies to the Chancellorship (Head of legislature), leaving the position vacant as well.
Elections are currently being held to fill the position, which is currently in its nomination phase.
