Added some resignation dates from the pre-fixed terms period.
Most Officers were smart enough to title the topics where they announced that 'Resignation', so it was an easy search.

A couple of Delegate terms for you. Some dates are rough

Sedge: July/August 2011 - November 2011 ( rough)
Guy: November 2011 - January 2012
Whamabama: January 2012 - ???

Sedge introduced the position of Vice Delegate when he assumed office, appointing Zyonn and Spartan Termopylae I think at the same time at that point. I retired from that role at the time Whamabama took office
