CYOA Suggestions

Choose Your Own Adventure Suggestions As your new Officer of Culture, I’ll repeat that one thing I hope to do, as stated in my campaign, is another CYOA (Choose Your Own Adventure), among other onsite cultural activites. I consulted our active pollster, Ivy/thepeopl, and she gave me the green light to go through with it. I intend to start this CYOA by January to start the new year, or possibly before, but there is one thing that I want to change up, and that is deciding its theme.

Our last CYOA was specifically involved in space exploration and adventures. I want to change it up a bit, but I also don’t want to leave out theme suggestions, so this is the place for it. If you’d like to make other suggestions for CYOA that aren’t related to theme, you can do so as well.

Here, you can suggest possible themes for the CYOA, and potential future ones as well. Your suggestions will be added to an upcoming poll onsite which will determine the CYOA’s theme. Preferably nothing that has to do with politics directly, or at least ideology. I will be adding some new ideas to the list every now and then.

Hear me out: A “Truman Show” styled CYOA where the main character, through some type of incident, becomes self-aware realizes that they are living in a CYOA.

I could add that. I’m also noticing that a lot of these can be done in one scenario (for example elements of romance, horror, survival and yes, possibly even time travel if it came to it), so in addition I will add a ‘mix of multiple’ option as well

The CYOA Theme Poll would be held tomorrow on the 15th and the actual narrative would have began on the 18th. However, thepeopl recently created a poll lasting for 3 days. I will likely improvise and hold another poll here.

Edit: After discussing with thepeopl, she allowed me to be able to delete the poll later and instead hold the Theme Poll onsite. Of course, beggars can’t be choosers, so instead of the schedule being 15th for the Theme Poll and 18th for the CYOA, it will be 14th for the Theme Poll and 20th/21st for the CYOA, so that we can rerun the traitors poll.
