Office of Public Relations proposal

I propose we create an Office of Public Relations.

The Office of Public Relations will work on building and mantaining a good public image for the Rejected Realms and recruiting nations to our region.

It is a proposal only.

Any thoughts?

Doesn't that fall under the category of Internal Affairs or Human Resources?

Maybe, but the Office of Public Relations will be specifically outside of the Rejected Realms.

I still feel Human Resources could take that duty rather than create another department.

We don't recruit nations to the region, though we do try to engage them with the forum - something which I think IA does.

In regards to cultivating a good image, that's FA really.
