On our old forum the various categories used to have descriptions but it's been difficult to implement them here.

In this case it said:

Greymarshes was Commander of the Rejected Realms Army, forum administrator and a community leader from the earliest beginnings of our region and onward. Greymarshes negotiated the departure of The Youngworld from The Rejected Realms which ended a bitter nine month-long invasion and brought some much needed peace and stability to our region. Intriguingly, the use of unicorns in all of The Rejected Realms's flags was a reference to Greymarshes.

So, it's a player from the earliest days of the region (2003-06). Only few people would remember him personally, like Crazy girl (who is no longer active here) and maybe Goobergunchia.

The categories all refer to players who were active in TRR's antiquity. For curiosity's sake, the old descriptions, which should all have been written by Unibot ca. 2015, were:

Crazygirl lost her original home, The Pacific, to the rise of the New Pacific Order under Francos Spain's reign. She fought the new regime passionately under the banner of the Pacific Army and, as of consequence, developed a positive working relationship with the RRA early on. She joined the RRA as a Captain and rose the ranks to High Commander, later serving as a well caffeinated forum administrator. She played a key role in ensuring a transition to a constitutionally-bound native government in the wake of Kandarin's retirement.

Gettersburg took refuge in The Rejected Realms from the August Revolution and the rise of the New Pacific Order. He would remain an ardent critic of Francos Spain and The NPO. A staple of our community and a friend to many, Gettersburg was a passionate, welcoming player.

Mecha Nation served as Corporal of The RRA. He regularly conducted the drills and training sessions for the army, but also liked to let loose as a regular “spammer” of our rooftop pool-room. Described by his colleagues as the “life of the party”, “the go-to-guy for missions” and a budding roleplayer, Mecha was professional, unique and always very contributive. Patriotic and very loving of his region, much of the RRA's original promotional images were designed by Mecha. He joined NationStates in Late December 2003. His first region was The Rejected Realms!

Marxsylvania served as one of The Rejected Realms’s first lead diplomats, alongside Sarda in 2003. He was also a forum administrator and titled himself the “senior ambassador” after Jennivier’s departure. We were his first region and Kandarin -still to this day- remembers introducing him to NationStates. Marxsylvania played a pivotal role in outreaching to the other Game-Created Regions and establishing our formal diplomacy. Regions that, at the time, we sought to reach out to included The South Pacific, The East Pacific and the exiled Pacific Army, plus Canada, Allied States of EuroIslanders and Urbanites.

Siggi joined us right from its start in April 2003. Although sent as a spy from the imperialist group, Atlantic Alliance, Siggi soon came to consider The Rejected Realms as his home. He served as the first Commander, and later High Commander of The RRA from 2003 to 2005 and also served as our first administrator. Oft considered the delegate that The Rejected Realms never had, his work and dedication ensured The RRA was the core of our region for many years to come. Siggi not only played a role in establishing The RRA's defender tradition, but stands as one of defenderism's forefathers.

Blackdreams joined The Rejected Realms very early in its existence, serving as Captain of The RRA. She played a major role in designing the original Rejected Realms Flag (along with Greymarshes) which has been used in some shape or form to represent our region and our army for the past decade and more! Blackdreams left NationStates after a year of dedicated service, but their legacy will always endure.

("Camp Siggi" is the forum area of the RRA)

CG and Gettersburg are the only people mentioned who have been around in TRR since I joined, so it's been a while. :P

Would it be worth putting the category descriptions in the library (if it isn't already)?
Since that's probably where someone would look first if they were curious about them.
