Assuming that all claims that haven't been countered are safe, the ones whose role is unknown are:
Guy, Vulturret, Leth, Flem, NPC3.
Their roles are: Nazgul, Nazgul, Mouth of Sauron, Legolas, Ring.

We know that one of Leth or Flem is lying, and that since Boromir is known only the Mordor team (Nazgul or minion) has an interest in doing so.
Leth, Flem.
Nazgul/Mouth, Ring.

If we lynch one of them, the chance that they will be a Nazgul is 1/3 (p = 0.5 that it's a villager, p = 0.16 that it's the minion).

Vulturret, Guy, NPC3.
Nazgul, Nazgul/Mouth, Legolas.

If we lynch anyone of the remaining people, the chance they will be a Nazgul is no worse (1/3 or 2/3).
In case we end up picking Legolas we still get an extra chance because Guy can vote and kill someone else, hoping it's the Nazgul. I'm not sure Vult is the best option, however.

I discounted the scenario where both Leth and Flem are lying, btw, but that's also possible.
