The Origins of TRR | Sagar

I'd like to make this a longtime project of the Historical Society.

Unibot mentioned him finding information that possibly indicates Sagar was in fact a raider and most likely raided TRR, in the NSGP forums.

I've found something that TRR might be interested in. Apparently, our first known delegate - Sagar - was an invader. "E2" which he put on the WFE of both TRR and Axis of Evil's WFE was his calling card. He may have also have raided New Paradise, I don't really know if I fully understand what is going on yet in that raid.

I get the sense that his group were invaders, invading Axis of Evil (also invaders) - rather than Axis of Evil being his genuine home base. So it's a bit of a mystery as to what "E2" is referencing.

He remained delegate of Axis of Evil for some time. Perhaps until he CTE'd a month later, even.

EDIT: I think there's a few factions at play. "Organised Rebels" was anti-E2 and invaded Axis of Evil to eject E2's invaders. E2 came back to kick out the Rebels and hold on to Axis of Evil. New Paradise seems to have been invaded by Axis of Evil. I'm very confused about what the hell was going on.

But Sagar is an identifiable part of this "E2" group. I haven't found a home region yet if they had one...

It seems likely to me, however, that E2's home region was "the rogue region of e 2" since it seems to have emptied around the same week as Sagar fell off the map.[/I]

I would like all TRRHS members to participate, as this is a big project! I'd also like to document information on other delegates once we are done with Sagar.

Look on the Texas NSHistory site, ask some antiquity players if they know anything, dig through Web Archives, and post what you find here!

Posted a "Need info on Sagar" request in the NSHISTORY thread, and got this from Unibot:

Well, from his population - he was founded around March 31, 2003 ± 2 days. (ish.) And we know where was until he CTE'd - he was invading Axis of Evil. His motto was "Let the refugees frolic in your lush forests...," and his nation was a Corporate Bordello.

So there's actually no much to know. There's only a month that's unaccounted or.

April 01-April 27 / May 02: A mystery.
April 27 / May 02 - May 04: Delegate of TRR. (Invasion)
May 05 - June 15-ish: Axis of Evil Delegate. (Invasion) [Chaos333 becomes delegate of Axis of Evil, but he's just as inactive as Sagar at this point]
CTE'd June 29.

He probably formed a base region of sorts. I suspect "the rogue region of E 2." His invader group seems to be called E2. No idea what it means. Maybe it's an outside game or forum name?

Okay so I've done some research into Sagar and how E2 may relate to him and after gathering this information I've speculated on it's significance to him. Having no more leads to follow I've now hit a wall. Here is the result of my research:

Sagar: Delegate of TRR in 2003
R/D Alignment: Raider (a theory)
Calling Card: Adding "E2" to tagged regions

E2 is a postcode in the UK that encompasses Bethnal Green, Haggerston, Shoreditc,
Cambridge Heath and Tower Hamlets. (Thanks to Manson for that)[1] Postcode wars in the UK have run rampant for years.
UK gangs claimed territory using areas within a postcode.[2] The name "Sagar" is a
common one that spans India and Anglo-Saxan areas going back centuries.[3] Could have
originated in Britain and spread to India during the British occupation of India or
originated in India and spread to Britain after the occupation. Sagar was most likely in
a local gang of the E2 area due to a gang war involving 27 local gangs, 26 of which
are/were Bangladeshi whom were fighting an Asian heroin gang that was trying to
establish a foothold in the area in 2003.[2] Local gangs of Tower Hamlets included:

► Poplar Massive Crew[2]
► The Shadwell Massive[2]
► The Bow Crew[2]
► The Brick Lane Mafia: 250+ members at the time[2]
► The Burdett Estate Massive (smaller gang than the BLM, members confirmed to have been
Bangladeshi Muslims)[2]

Gang wars of the Tower Hamlets area also suggest that Sagar is likely to be
Bangladeshi rather than Indian or British. Gang violence in the Tower Hamlets area often
involved Bangladeshi Muslims since Bangladesh shares a border with India and Islam
is the dominant religion of Bangladesh.[2]
