Because having someone else other than myself sending telegrams asking people to endorse me back isn't necessary when I can steadily do it, and it's also far more easy to organize. I'm also fine with doing a lot of the telegramming and engaging nations personally.

Like I said, not a lot has been done on Outreach yet, but once we tackle the guides I'm sure the Outreach Officer will be able to do something.

He does, and he has. He has been helping a lot with Foregin Affairs and soon he'll have a lot to show for.

Yes. We've closed those embassies on our forums and haven't staffed embassies in their forums because they're either inactive or unexistent ( as is the case of Varddenfell ).

You could get in a lot of trouble for that.

Endoswapping and all that is connected to it are the Delegate's duties. Like I said, the Outreach Officer will have plenty to do when we tackle the writting of guides.

The Speaker's Office: Notice of Intent to Archive The thread before you has been inactive for quite some time now, and in the view of the Speaker, has been exhausted and has no place on the Assembly Floor. If no Assemblyman or Assemblywoman objects within four (4) days, the Speaker will archive the thread.

I also object. The thread is meant for citizens to make (eventual) comment on government reports, which are published by the Delegate every two months, in accordance with the Government Accountability Act.

It should remain open for as long as the Act continues to be in force.

Due to blackouts and Dorian, some delay with the report. We are aware, and trying our utmost to remedy this problem.
