What is the PfS?
The Partnership for Sovereignty is a Security Council voting bloc created to defend the values of self-determination, positive community, and respect for the World Assembly and its processes. Its member states agree to collaborate to set voting recommendations in line with the principles of the Partnership and to coordinate campaigns on relevant proposals.
In regards to mechanics, each member region of the partnership would appoint a delegation to participate in private discussions in regards to voting agreements on any proposal being relevant to the interests of the partnership being submitted. There must be a 60% majority vote in the affirmative among voting delegates for a recommendation to be adopted, without this, no recommendation would be issued. Any recommendations would be published publicly and issued among member regions at their discretion. If a certain recommendation is adopted, then member regions’ delegates would then be encouraged to vote in-line with the proposed recommendation but it is not required.
Any region is welcome to apply to the PfS, and new members can be added with a three-fourths agreement of voting delegates. As for expulsion, members can be removed with a three-fourth agreement or automatically expelled if they declare a raider alignment.
Any amendments to the charter require unanimous vote among delegations and demand verification by each region's treaty amendment process.
What does the PfS do?
The PfS exists to help regions of similar values coordinate action within the Security Council. The PfS primarily issues recommendations on SC proposals that impact the core values of the bloc and can operate campaigns for or against relevant proposals as the bloc sees fit. The bloc also provides resources for aspiring authors with spaces for drafting and feedback from the various member regions.
The PfS does not:
-Bind TRR or any member to vote a certain way on SC proposals
-Influence TRR's internal vote
-Force TRR or any member to take specific action against approval raiding

How Does It Work?
TRR votes in line with the forum vote whenever a recommendation comes up, unless said vote is inconclusive or has not been conducted. TRR can vote for, against or to abstain on individual recommendations. Currently, the delegation is lead by Agalaesia, with Dyl, Fauxia, Grea Kriopia as members
