Observing Kyorgia's early commitment to the Rejected Realms (TRR), including serving seven terms as Officer and one term as Speaker of the Assembly. In these roles, Kyorgia fostered Reject culture, hosting events such as Wisdom of the Crowds, where delegations participated in competitions about Reject Culture. It also increased the voting power of TRR during its tenure as Outreach Officer and oversaw the passage of the Hall of Fame Act and the Government Accountability Act in TRR as Speaker,

Grateful for Kyorgia's 212-day term as World Assembly Delegate of TRR, where it solidified its relationship with the North Pacific (TNP) through the signing of the Unicorn Star Treaty between the two parties, further securing the Rejected Realms by allying itself with a region with robust military power. It also oversaw the Epic Gamer Party, a joint cultural event between the Rejected Realms and TNP, seeing a week of cultural events and games that member states could participate in, and strengthened the cultural identities of the two regions. Additionally, it showed support for the government of The East Pacific during the attempted coup by the leadership of Fedele, ultimately seeing the Rejected Realms Army deploy in support of the legitimate government, on top of its faithful execution of regular Delegate duties,

Celebrating Kyorgia's liberation of Warzone Airspace from the hands of their Lazarene occupiers by overseeing the formation of a new government to hand power back into the hands of regional natives, valiantly defending Warzone Airspace against multiple attempted invasions, and providing stalwart support to Rei I for over 100 days in an attempt to secure the region from Lazarus,

Acknowledging that the former government of Arastaoir currently resides in Kyorgia; Arastaoir served two terms as Statsminister of Balder, ensuring stability during transitional periods following the resignation of its predecessors,

Inspired by the dedication of the leadership of Kyorgia to military affairs, including having a rich military history with its participation in many aggressive organizations, although later transitioning to become a member of the Rejected Realms Army, further showing its dedication to TRR and its ideals. It was also a founder of Canterlot, a colorful organization intent on spreading the colors of the rainbow and cartoon ponies across the world. Additionally, its military has participated in the sieges of notable regions, such as Boston, South Pacific, and Christmas,

Recognizing that the nation of Congratulations On Being Featured is a satellite state of Kyorgia, documenting globally featured regions from 2015 onward, forever preserving its state when featured, and supplying constant encouragement supplied by its Foreign Office to governments of small and upcoming regions,

Impressed by the Kyorgian dedication to the arts, holding an international artwork collection worth thousands of bank and producing works of art for The Rejected Times, sharing the national cuisine of Kyorgia to an international audience,

Holding that such an accomplished nation deserves recognition from this very Council,
