The Security Council,

Introducing the legendary nation of Shizensky Prime (Shizensky) as one whose amicable leadership, diplomatic skills, and overall benevolence leave it as a prime contributor to many regions and the multiverse,

Noting the beginnings of Shizensky’s predecessor Korallia as a native of 10000 Islands (XKI), where it founded Taco Island, a cultural heart of the region that thrives to this day, then overseeing its growth as its first Mayor,

Hailing Shizensky’s critical diplomatic work alongside Ananke II as Secretary of State of XKI during a period of notable decline in the region’s foreign standing, cementing ties with regions such as European Union, Texas, The Council of Narnia, and The United Kingdom despite the unstable circumstances, then rebuilding the public reputation of XKI, and also revitalising the region’s State Department,

Aware that after the Rogue Islands Alliance collapsed, Shizensky founded the Renegade Islands Alliance (RIA) as its successor in 2004, now one of the most significant defender regions in history which even gained a Commendation from this body; Shizensky then played an integral role in the growth of its community as a welcoming and friendly leader,

Impressed by Shizensky’s invaluable efforts to build the RIA into a thriving defender community, notably by:

1. Creating the regional forums, allowing for efficient communication and cultural activity,
2. Authoring the initial constitution of the RIA, which formed the basis for its structure for many years,
3. Founding the RIA Special Forces (RIASF), the RIA’s own successful defender military, then overseeing the RIASF’s growth and participation in numerous defensive operations, such as in Ethiopia, and
4. Spearheading the RIA’s entry into the historic defender alliance the Alliance Defense Network; while the RIA’s membership was short, it became an important contributing member, participating in and leading several important operations,

Cognisant that while the RIA unfortunately collapsed due to the destruction of its forums in 2006, Shizensky set out to revive the RIA, refounded it in 2013, and soon rebuilt it into a thriving defender community again,

Admiring Shizensky’s commitment to inviting newly-founded nations to join the RIA and its vibrant community, resulting in the region rapidly growing after the relaunch and gaining 317 nations in only eight months,

Acclaiming Shizensky’s work in building the culture and internal structure of the RIA, most notably authoring a new constitution following the relaunch, establishing many cultural activities that bolstered regional engagement, and founding the regional economy,

Highlighting Shizensky’s work in securing the region’s foreign standing during and after the rebuild, notably negotiating the long-standing XYZ treaty with Mordor and the Rejected Realms, which provides mutual defence to benefit each other’s security and has bolstered cultural collaboration, as well as constructing early relations with regions such as Lazarus, Spiritus, Wintreath, Mordor, the Rejected Realms, Texas, and XKI,

Amazed by Shizensky’s crucial leadership of the RIASF which allowed it to become a pillar of defenderdom, notably by:

1. Spearheading the recruitment of new RIASF Sailors,
2. Leading the RIASF into the vast majority of its operations to defend innocent communities, such as those in Asia, Italy, and St Abbaddon, and
3. Helping unite the defending faction to unparalleled collaboration and coordination through the RIASF, despite extensive political turmoil and a frequent lack of communication,

Honouring Shizensky’s role as a founding member in Fort Triumph, where Shizensky helped create the regional forums to facilitate efficient regional communication, and then played a major role in the planning and execution of major cultural pillars that strengthened regional engagement, notably the economy, casino and Tremors invasion,

Extolling Shizensky's creation of NSBreeze, a tool designed to facilitate several crucial national procedures and significantly strengthen the efficiency of modern defending methods, and also served as the base for the later creation of Breeze++ which allows defenders to swiftly react to invader threats,

Praising Shizensky’s mentorship of several nations that have since become prominent defenders and regional leaders, such as Scepez, Acronius, Lichto, Timothia, Tangaroan Islands, Falconias, HumanSanity, and Benevolent Thomas, even earning the Best Defender Mentor award, and

Convinced that Shizensky’s prime efforts have undoubtedly positively impacted many communities, leaving it a figure that is well-deserving of international recognition,
