The SC is probably more relevant for most of us (though we do have some citizens involved in the Secretariat's Council in the GA that we can ask for advice.)

Both CD and Evolu Tanis are in the GA Secretariat. I don't pay a lot of attention but the options for authorship there seem more restricted, and it may be hard to pick a course of action that would benefit us as a region (plenty of disagreements on national management ).
The SC may be more interesting, especially if new categories or tech changes are introduced.
