If you mean in real life, no. If you mean fictional, also no but I did help write a constitution for a clan on a website called "WarZone" a number of months ago (and it's still in use, even after I was no longer in the clan, with most edits being simply stylistic), which is close enough. I also took a radio broadcasting class, as well as scored high in english classes. Not a rather impressive resume, but it's something.
