1. This Act shall be cited as the Charter of Civil Rights and Responsibilities.
2. All nations in The Rejected Realms shall be afforded the following rights and freedoms:3. No supreme authority shall exist over the interpretation of this document.
- The freedom of speech, including the freedom of expression and the press.
- The freedom of thought, including the freedom of belief, opinion, and conscience.
- The freedom of association, including the freedom of peaceful assembly.
- The right to equality and the freedom from the denial of participation based on arbitrary or discriminative criteria.
- The right to self-govern the affairs of one's own nation.
- The right of free entry, exit and return to The Rejected Realms.
- The right to the rule of law.
- The right to amnesty for past crimes and offenses committed abroad, subject to international law and the discretion of the citizenship council.
- The right to a just, fair, and timely processing of citizenship.
- The right of rejecthood.
4. The government is expected to respect and observe these rights and freedoms with great care and fidelity to the law.
