This is a vote on amending the following section of Article 6 from:

B: Elections begin once a challenge is submitted. If the elections are for the position of Delegate, no new citizenship applications will be processed until elections are completed.

to:

B: Elections begin once a challenge is submitted. If the elections are for the position of Delegate, any citizens admitted after this time will not be allowed to vote until elections are completed.

Only citizens may vote. As a Constitutional Amendment, this requires a 75% majority to pass. The vote lasts for 7 days.

I count 14 votes For, none against, and no abstentions. Guy voted twice, so his second vote was discounted. Biyah is not a citizen, his vote was discounted. Secretary of NI voted too late, so his vote is discounted.

This amendment has therefore passed. I will go and update the Constitution now.
