Vote: Constitutional Amendment (Officer Elections - Vacation of offices)

This is a vote on the following amendment to the Constitution:

C: All Officer positions shall be vacated on the first day of April, August and December. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Article 7, elections for the vacated positions shall start immediately upon the vacation of the positions, as if a challenge had been made.

C: Elections shall begin for all Officer positions on the first day of April, August and December, as if a challenge had been made. Incumbent Officers must confirm their intent to stand as candidates, under Article 7 Clause A.
