On account of a recent announcement by the Citizenship Council, Puppet2 is no longer eligible as a candidate. Therefore, any ballots where they are stated as preference would automatically defer to the preference following, for example:

1. Puppet2
2. Candidate 1
3. Candidate 2
4. Candidate 3

This would now automatically become:

1. Candidate 1
2. Candidate 2
3. Candidate 3

Voters can also change their ballots if they so wish up until the conclusion of the vote.
