The gist of it is that they were spamming another member of the region with notices by gifting them cards, after having been told that this person disliked the card collecting minigame, were asked to stop, continued to spam that member, were told to stop or otherwise they would be kicked off of discord and reported to the NS Moderators for notification spam, and then they left.

All seems a little silly (on the part of the office who resigned), but oh well

Giang/Mhaul got annoyed because it’s annoying seeing each notification pop up. Also, when someone tells you they don’t like something, it’s not cool to keep doing it.
