If you all care about quantifying your GP alignment
I don't remember my original alignment score, but I scored -16.5, 15.0.

This was a results chart, although I don't know how old.
The first time (not displayed here) I was further up and to the right (even if still firmly in the green quadrant), although I shifted further towards defenderism and cosmopolitanism during/after my Delegate term.
The two axes are Defenderism-Raiderism (left-to-right) and Regionalism-Cosmopolitanism (up-to-down).
You'd be nearest to Northern Chittowa.Catalyse wrote:What does this mean? D:

He still spelt my name wrong, despite a lot of pestering to be put up there. >_>
I got -20, 12.5, which is a move towards Aerso and Wordy, but still similar to where I was.

I find it mildly amusing that one of our new officers is given only an 11% match with TRR... Or should I be concerned? Yes, I know that the test is only a mild suggestion, not a definitve match/not match. The person in question is also a member of the RRA, though, despite being almost perfectly raiderist. Thats where the matching system breaks off, then again, it isnt really a match, its just saying who you most resemble.
New chart- https://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopi ... #p33034285
-1.5, -5.5, this time. Im always moderately regionalist and fairly centrist on the defenderism/raiderism. But hey, puts me by Drasnia (who I know a bit from Got Issues and like).
Seems a bit like the older TRR nations are far more regionalist than the newer ones.
Idk. Its a fun quiz, even if I dont necessarily love all the questions. Thing is, I consider myself both cosmopolitan and regionalist. Cosmopolitan because I believe that popular opinion in the entire NS community matters, and dont have a problem with people being in lots of different regions. But Im also regionalist because I belueve that regional identity is extremely important: Its critical to activity levels. And I think you should be loyal to your regions.
As for the raider/defender, eh, whatever. Its not really possible to tell the difference between some people here who are defenders and raiders, but that isnt a fixable problem. I think the questions arent always great on this category. Just when you take it, you gotta keep in mind that its raiderism/defenderism, not raider/defender

I agree with your insights. This test, for the most part, is pretty flawed in its methodology but nonetheless it's the closest thing we have to a political compass test on NSGP.Fauxia wrote:12 Dec 2017, 03:30I find it mildly amusing that one of our new officers is given only an 11% match with TRR... Not necessarily that older TRR nations are more regionalist. The past delegates before me all scored cosmopolitan. Only The Chuch of Satan (although he scored relatively centrist, but regionalist leaning) and I are on the regionalist spectrum.

I redid the test just to see if I've changed since involving myself far more in the gameplay world.
I got -10, 1
So, that's a 0, +1 change, which is minimal but I'm more regional now!

I was told -0.5, -6.5 means I'm in between TAO and Wham on the chart.

The longer I'm in the RRA, the longer they have to indoctrinate me into becoming a Regionalist.
