In the first round, the candidates received the following number of first preference votes:

Deadeye Jack: 12
Sarah: 11
United Massachusetts: 6
Bormiar: 3
The Aligned People: 2
Harenhime: 0

With no candidate receiving a majority of votes, the candidate with the lowest number of votes was eliminated. Harenhime had none, so they were eliminated without results being changed. The Aligned People the next lowest amount at 2, so they were then eliminated, and his votes were transferred to the next-preferred candidate.

In the second round, votes were transferred and the results were as follows:

Deadeye Jack: 13
Sarah: 12
United Massachusetts: 6
Bormiar: 3

With no majority yet reached, Bormiar with the least number of votes in this round, was eliminated.

Round 3 went as follows:

Deadeye Jack: 14
Sarah: 13
United Massachusetts: 7

United Massachusetts was eliminated in this round.

Round four mathematically guarantees a winner, and it is Sarah, with 18 votes against Jack’s 16.

As she won, First-preference votes for Sarah are transferred to the next-preferred candidates, resulting in the following fifth round:

The Aligned People: 5
Bormiar: 4
Harenhime: 1

With a majority, Deadeye Jack wins in round 5, and the votes in his favor are transferred to the next-preferred candidate.
